Goal
To provide an introduction of the Incident Packaging System (IPS) and step by step instructions on how to use it with SOA 11g.
The Incident Packaging System (IPS) is a tool for packaging specific Incidents generated by the Diagnostic Framework (DFW). These Incidents are stored in the Automatic Diagnostic Repository (ADR) under each server in the domain. IPS will grab the Incident directory, run a WLS offline RDA collection and package it all into a single ZIP file in a location of your choice.
For more information on DFW and how to generate SOA Incidents please review documents <Document 1368291.1> and <Document 1377986.1>.
