Symptoms

Capture returns an error when opening:

Login failed.
Error number: 20036
Error Description: [Failed to query ecParameter table. Please make sure database is initialized.
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist]

Changes

This is a new installation on a new Oracle Schema.
