WebLogic Server thread deadlocked at JMS utilization (waiting to acquire lock 'weblogic.jms.common.CDS@20a61785') (Doc ID 1382525.1)

Symptoms

Issue was observed on OSB Environment, occurring just once and happened during regular system maintenance, so no reproducer is available, however the following messages appear on log file for Managed Server:
