Symptoms

Using Content Server 10.1.3.5.1 (110524) (Build:7.2.4.97)

After installing the latest version of Folios : Folios Version: 1.0.0.120 ($Rev: 92529 $) br-10g-10.1.3.5-release, when trying to create a new folio, the CHECKIN_NEW service gets called instead of the expected CHECKIN_NEW_FOLIO.
