SOA 126.96.36.199 Hangs when Accessing a Deployed Service in a Cluster

On 2 nodes SOA cluster, the managed server and admin server start normally, but after deployment of mediator (simple one) into the cluster, it hangs when clicking on one of the nodes.
Closing and opening the browser does not work. The following error can be seen in soa_server1-diagnostic.log file
