Changing the IntradocDir After Installation with Content Tracker Enabled Results in Content Server 500 Server Error (Doc ID 1383839.1)

Symptoms

With Content Tracker enabled, after moving the IntradocDir via the entry in the intradoc.cfg, attempts to access Content Server result in a 500 error and the following exception.
