Goal

Oracle 10g Single Sign-On (SSO).

When SSO URL "http://myssohost.mycompany.com:7777/oiddas" is accessed, it redirects to "http://myssohost:7777/oiddas".

Some users cannot resolve the single hostname myssohost and are unable to get the login page.  If the domain name is manually added to the url, then the logins work.

How to make SSO use the long or fully qualified host name?
