UCM Content Server 10gR3 is Not Full Text Indexing Alternate File (Doc ID 1384120.1)

Symptoms

Content Server 10.1.3.5 installed with the Core update Build 97.
Inbound Refinery installed with the IBR Core Update build 33.

When checking in a primary file as a .zip file and an alternate file as a .pdf the content server will not full text index the alternate file.

Using the Verity 6. indexing engine, but the same issue happens with database full text.

Changes

This is a new installation with the latest Core updates for both the Content Server and Inbound Refinery.
