Symptoms

Microsoft Office document types XLSX, DOCX, PPTX are not getting full text indexed.  Using the Inbound Refinery to convert these document types to PDF.  The PDF files generated from these file types are not being full text indexed.

Changes

MS Office was updated on client systems.
