ORABPEL-30504: After Oim 11g Installation, Approval Tasks Cannot Be Read Through OIM Console (Doc ID 1384372.1)

Goal

Using out of the box configuration, could login successfully to OIM Console with user xelsysadm. When a task is selected, got the error "An error occurred while searching tasks from the SOA Server"

OIM log files shows:

Verify that correct token is passed.
