Increasing MaxClient Errors Out With ServerLimit Exception. (Doc ID 1384407.1)

Symptoms

In 11.1.1.4 FMW and later, when increasing MaxClients value in httpd.conf file to 600, the below given warning is logged in ohs log file

"WARNING: MaxClients of 600 would require 24 servers, and would exceed the ServerLimit value of 16. Automatically lowering MaxClients to 400. To increase, please see the ServerLimit directive.
Syntax OK
/u00/oracle/middleware/fr_oracle_1/ohs/bin/apachectl gracefulssl: httpd restarted
