Inbound Message Not Processed by B2B due to HTTP 401 Found in access.log (Doc ID 1384423.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.5.0 version, B2B Engine

When attempting receive a message from a trading partner, the following error occurs.

HTTP 401 - Unauthorized


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Trading partner sends RoseettaNet message.
2. Message is received by WebLogic Server.
3. B2B never receives message.
4. HTTP 401 error is found in access.log for the SOA server as well as in the access.log file for the Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) in the DMZ.
