ERROR MESSAGE: MOZALLOC.DLL FILE NOT FOUND WHEN USING LOTUS NOTES SAMETIME AND ESSO (Doc ID 1384743.1)

Symptoms


An error message dialog referencing a missing mozalloc.dll file appears when a user attempts to launch the Lotus Notes Sametime client on a workstation after installing the ESSO-LM 11.1.1.5.1 agent. If the ESSO-LM agent is uninstalled from the workstation, then the user does not receive the error. The issue is prevents users from using the Lotus Notes Sametime client due to the annoyance of the error message.
