Temp Directory Is Not Cleaned up after IBR Agent is Deleted

When an IBR agent is deleted, the temp directories for all documents that were in the IBR's queues are not deleted.

This causes IBR temp directories to grow with information that will never be processed.

When the agent is deleted, the queue directories, which contain references to the temp directories are deleted.

Why are the temp directories not deleted as well ?
