Logon Manager Responds Sporadically To A Templated Application (Doc ID 1385562.1)

Symptoms

Enterprise Single Sign On Logon Manager will inject credentials into the logon screen some times, but at other times credential injection will fail.  There are no changes to the machine or user account.  Other ESSO enabled applications work for the same users with no issues.

A trace controller log taken with credential injection failing will have the following line at least once;

Window is ignored. Window is in ignore list or not allowed. Window title: xxxxxxxxxx
