When trying to drag drop a file via webdav connection,the following OS level Error was generated during this operation

"An Unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file.If you continue to recive this error,you can use the error code to search for help with this problem

Error 0x80070021:This process cannot access the file because another process has locked the portion of the file."
