Event Type Definition (ETD) X12_005010X222_837_HealCareClai.xsc in the Schema Runtime Environment (SRE) 5.0.5u2 Java HIPAA Library has defined the N4 segment in several loops as required, where they are actually situational as per the HIPAA Implementation Guide. This results in an invalid outbound 837 message being created with an empty N4 segment ((ie. ~N4*~ ) where there should be no segment.

Specifically, the following N4 segments are currently required (optional="false" minOccurs="1" maxOccurs="1"):

- Node N4_msk4_492_GeogLoca under Loop2010BA_489_2010
- Node N4_msk5_500_GeogLoca under Loop2010BB_497_2010
- Node N4_msk37_1568_GeogLoca under Loop2330A_1565_2330
- Node N4_msk38_1575_GeogLoca under Loop2330B_1572_2330
- Node N4_msk40_1718_GeogLoca under Loop2420E_1714_2420
- Node N4_msk22_954_GeogLoca under Loop2330A_951_2330
- Node N4_msk23_961_GeogLoca under Loop2330B_958_2330
- Node N4_msk17_1104_GeogLoca under Loop2420E_1100_2420

whereas they should be situational (optional="true" minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="1").
