Users Are Not Prompted For Forced Enrollment

Information in this document applies to any platform.


Forced enrollment appears to be failing for some users.  Users that are not enrolled in Self Service Password Reset are not prompted to enroll at logon as expected.


The URL of the Self Service Password Reset server has changed, or registry values handling forced enrollment have been edited.
