Forms Recognition Batches Stop at State 200 and RTS Instance Stops (Doc ID 1387728.1)

Symptoms

Batches processed through Forms Recognition RTS instance stops at state 200 even though the RTS workflow is configured to perform the Classification step. The RTS instance stops and does not continue to process batches even though it is configured to Wait 5 seconds (on RTS instance "General" tab) and restart after completed processing.  In the H_ log file as well as in the RTS management console the following error is displayed:

Error extracting class 'Invoices', field 'VendorASSA': Supplier pool doesn't exist in selected directory
