Problem When Disabling "Document Properties" In Document Explorer Task Flow (Doc ID 1387775.1)

Symptoms

It is not possible to fully disable the Advanced Property Edit option in 11.1.1.4 Webcenter Installation.

Steps to reproduce :-
Create Space and Page and see default behaviour
---------------
1. Create Space
2. Create page in the space and add Document Explorer Task Flow
3. Upload files of type jpg, text and Word.
a) Click on each document and see that the option to view/edit the properties is available
b) Click on the View menu, an see that the option to View the properties is available
c) Right Click on the document and see that the option to View the properties is available

Attempt to disable the Edit Properties feature

4. Edit the Document Explorer Instance, and set the "Features Off" flag to "properties" -- This should disable the properties link according to docs.

5. Save and Close.

Check if feature is disabled
---------------
6. Check if properties can be edited
a) Click on the jpg document and see that the option to view/edit the properties is NOT available - CORRECT
b) Click on the View menu, an see that the option to View the properties is NOT available - CORRECT
c) Right Click on the document and see that the option to View the properties IS available - INCORRECT!!
d) Click on the Word document and see that the option to view/edit the properties is available - INCORRECT!!
