The Redirect SAF Functionality has Changed in Oracle iPlanet Web Proxy Server 4.0.17 (Doc ID 1387900.1)

Symptoms

For releases of the iPlanet Web Proxy Server prior to 4.0.17, a redirect Server Application Function (SAF), would redirect ANY request for "/" (ie. "/anything/after/the/slash")  to the specified server. But iPlanet Web Proxy Server 4.0.17  ONLY redirects requests for "/", and nothing after the slash.
