Timers Stuck For Old BPMN Instances After Restart (Doc ID 1387927.1)

You have a number of BPMN processes that loop on timers waiting for a database update or some other event to occur. When you restart your system, you observer that in-flight instances get stuck and the timers are no longer running. You apply the fix for <Bug 12643184>, but it does not resolve the issue.
