Calender Metadata Fields Cannot Have a Year Past 2069. (Doc ID 1388097.1)

Symptoms

When selecting a date for a date metadata field in the Content Server, if the date is set after 2069 the system will believe the date is 100 years earlier.

Steps to replicate
1. Go to the check in page
2. For any date field, select a year past 2069 (for example 12/15/2075)
3. After it is selected, click the Calender icon again. The date field is now 1975.
