After Upgrade, Kofax Connector Fails With csCheckinInDateInvalid!syUnableToParseTooLong Error (Doc ID 1388126.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading WebCenter Content (formerly Universal Content Management or UCM) and Kofax, the Connector fails to check in documents with the error:

Event generated by user 'ucmtest' at host 'oratest:17200'. Content item 'testscan_000001' was not successfully checked in. The check-in date is not valid. The input value had extra characters ':47' at the end that could not be parsed. [ Details ]
An error has occurred. The stack trace below shows more information.
