Inbound Refinery Fails To Convert Content - Not Enough Memory For Allocation (Doc ID 1388222.1)

Symptoms

The IBR, Inbound Refinery fails to convert content large files when using PDFExportConverter.

The IBR's refinery trace shows the following error:

dConvMessage=Step PDFExport forced conversion failure by conversion engine because of error: 'EXRunExport() failed: not enough memory for allocation (0x000D)'.
