In Exalogic Rack machine 7320 ZFS Storage appliance was found to be powered off and unavailable. ILOM log entries did not show any data on this problem. From support bundle IPMI logs showed that there was a hard reset which caused appliance OS boot.
Below is snippet of log entries (showing reset) in IPMI logs inside the support bundle.
