Purpose


This guide intends to help with troubleshooting error JPS-01048 when registering an UCM connection in a Webcenter Spaces environment that uses OID as External LDAP  Server.
The error occurs when registering UCM connection from WebCenter Spaces in Enterprise Manager. The same error can also occur when creating a  new connection to UCM from WebCenter Spaces administration page.
