Last updated on MAY 15, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Business Process Management Suite - Version 11.1.1.3.0 to 11.1.1.9.0 [Release 11gR1 to 11g]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
BPM 11.1.1.5

Symptoms

When configuring multiple LDAP services as a BPM authenticator provider, only the first provider is used.

When visiting /bpm/workspace, one can only login with users defined in the first LDAP provider defined in myrealm.  If specifying a user defined in any other providers, the "User is not found in configuration jazn.com" error shows up in the logs.
