Goal

How can you set the value for JDBCLoginTimeoutSeconds?

JDBCLOgintimeoutSeconds sets the JDBC Login Timeout value. It can be useful to avoid startup delays when one database instance in a multipool is unresponsive. Consider the following use case as an example for it:

We have a multi pool configured to connect to a 2-node RAC database. Whenever one instance in RAC is down and we restart WebLogic, the startup takes very long time and WebLogic Server ends up in admin mode.
