Video Conversion fails when a Video File is Unable to be Deleted from the Staging Directory (Doc ID 1391511.1)

Symptoms

Video conversions with Digital Asset Manager (DAM) and Inbound Refinery (IBR) using Flip Factory failing with the following error message in IBR logs :
