Vendor Search in WFR Verifier is Not Displaying All Vendors (Doc ID 1391785.1)

Symptoms

When performing a Vendor Search in Verifier on the Vendor Name "VENDOR_NAME", the vendor name is not returned. This Vendor Name can be queried in the xx_ofr_suppliers_v view, which the VendorASSA pool was built upon.
