The ESSO-LM agent appears to hang briefly when an ESSO-LM enabled application is launched right after user logon or reboot of the computer. During this time the ESSO-LM GUI may also become unresponsive. After this brief delay, ESSO-LM becomes responsive and functions properly. This issue is intermittent and does not happen with every restart or logon.
