How Can we not Display the Internal Server Name of Content Server in Search Results in Secure Enterprise Search Search Results? (Doc ID 1391850.1)

Symptoms

When users find content in Secure Enterprise Search (SES) that is coming from Content Server, the internal hostname of the content server is in the uniform resource locators (URLs) for the items in SES's search results page.  Since the Content Server is being accessed from a demilitarized zone (DMZ), we'd like the URLs to not have the internal hostname in the URLs.
