adflibREADME.txt File Not Found Exception After Upgrading Process Spaces With SOA BPM Feature Pack (Doc ID 1391896.1)

Symptoms

On WebCenter 11.1.1.5.0 , after integrating Spaces with BPM Process Workspace using SOA Feature pack, when attempting to access the Process WorkSpace, the following error occurs in the Spaces log :

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Webcenter, UCM. Collaborations and SOA and setup everything  as per WebCenter Administraton Guide.
2. Download and install SOA Feature Pack from OTN
2. Perform post install tasks
3. Access Process WorkSpace in WebCenter Spaces.
