After Installing SSO on WebCenter Content with Oracle Http Server (OHS), the Following Error Appears: "Failure of server APACHE bridge" (Doc ID 1392918.1)

Symptoms

After installing SSO with Oracle HTTPS Server (OHS) and WebCenter Content (WCC, formerly Universal Content Management or UCM), the following error appears when checking in a document through the WebCenter Content server application. Please note that all other WebCenter Content features work fine.

Failure of server APACHE bridge:
Cannot open TEMP post file '/tmp/_wl_proxy/_post_15380_0' for POST of 66631 bytes
Failure of server APACHE bridge:

Internal Server failure, APACHE plugin. Cannot continue.

Changes

Installed and enabled SSO with OHS and WebCenter Content.
