B2B-51705 Unable to read the preamble Error While Parsing Inbound RosettaNet V2 Messages (Doc ID 1393018.1)

Symptoms

In a B2B 11g 2 way PIP configuration, the host Trading Partner sends invoices in PIDX format to a remote Trading Partner in Rosettanet V2.0 format. Invoices are being sent successfully to Trading partner over B2B channel, but inbound Acknowledgment and Exception messages from the remote Trading Partner are producing the following error:
