Error "TCM-06012 User Does Not Exist In The Policy Store" Occurs After Applying the Latest Imaging Cumulative Patch (Doc ID 1393996.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to execute any Imaging AXF Solution after clicking the 'Zoom' button in EBS an error is encountered:

oracle.imaging.ImagingException: TCM-06012: The User sysadmin does not exist in the policy store. faultType: SYSTEM
This only happens when executing the integration from within EBS. The AXF Driver Page tests successfully with the same solution/command. The user name specified in the error message will be the same as the user currently logged into EBS.
