WebLogic Server Failing to Connect To Tibco When Anonymous User is Disabled (Doc ID 1394207.1)

Symptoms

WebLogic Server is successfully sending messages using the Foreign JMS Server to the queue on Tibco if the anonymous user is allowed. However, if the anonymous user is turned off, WLS is unable to connect to that queue. The messaging bridge which is actually fetching messages from Tibco and sending it to the WLS queue shows the same problem. Following is the exception trace:
