Symptoms
WebCenter Spaces is in a cluster. OID is the external LDAP is OID. UCM is integrated. OID and UCM are also in a cluster and they are configured with a loadbalancer address in EM.
system-jazn-data.xml is being used as the policy store for the cluster.

Pages (including the home page) are missing in a Webcenter Personal Space.
The Space has documents, calendar, discussions,announcements, members,wikis, blogs, forums and activity stream. In the homepage there was: documents, calendar, forums, announcements, members and activity stream.
The pages missing are also missing in administration. The wiki/blog pages are missing too.
When the Space/Pages were first created, they were fine.
