Unable To Access The User Profile From The Identity Store

User Messaging Server in SOA Enterprise Manager does not resolve users to their email addresses. Modifying the settings at http://hostname:8001/sdpmessaging/userprefs-ui works around the issue for specific users but is not a scalable resolution.


Recent changes included re associating the credential policy store with the DB to resolve other performance-related issues. Email was not tested beforehand.
