Symptoms

In WebLogic Server 10.3.x, customers report seeing cluster instability or cluster member dropout when using Unicast cluster communication. See the following message from the server logs:

Eventually the server is added back to the cluster, but while it is missing, performance on the system as a whole is degraded.
