"Authentication Failed" : Login Exception Encountered When Trying To Login As Admin (Doc ID 1397774.1)

In paragraph "13.6.2 Starting the WLS_OIM1 and WLS_SOA1 Managed Servers", when starting the wls_oim1 managed server, the following error occurs:

javax.security.auth.login.LoginException: javax.security.auth.login.LoginException: java.lang.SecurityException: [Security:090304]Authentication Failed: User <OIM_Internal_User> javax.security.auth.login.FailedLoginException: [Security:090302]Authentication Failed: User <OIM_Internal_User> denied

Also, if logged in to the OIM console "http://<oimhostname>:<oimport>/oim" with <OIM_Sysadmin_User>, for example: xelsysadm,  and the new password assigned, the "Invalid sign in" error occurs.
