Custom Login Portlet Not Working In Portal 11g Configured With OAM (Doc ID 1398814.1)

Symptoms

After the upgrade to Portal 11.1.1.4.0 with Oracle Access Management (OAM) 11.1.1.4.0, the custom login does not work.

If using custom login with OAM it requests to login twice then it works.
Without custom login it works fine with only one login request.

This issue is reproducible ONLY using custom login and not standard login with users configure with OAM.
