Bind Variable Not Correctly Populated When Clicking on Chart Return by "TAB" (Doc ID 1398818.1)

Symptoms

The problem only happens in Internet Explorer, and the following message is issued:

ORA-20001: SHOW error. ORA-20001: VIEW_ROW error. ORA-20001: GET_COLUMN_VALUE error. ORA-01403: no data found,
worksheet"}]}}

Details of the model with 2 TABBED pages:
1. Page2 with Interactive report and chart related to the report (shows 2 values, department 50 and department 80).
2. Page3 show Details of the selected value in pag2.

Steps to reproduce (Example):

- Run page 2
- Click on chart value=50 (you will end up in  page 3 now)
- Click on TAB1 (to return to page 2)
- Click on chart value=80 (you will end up in  page 3 now)
- Click on TAB1 (to return to page 2)
- Click on chart value=50 (you will end up in  page 3 now)
  
You see now the details of 50.

However, if you click on one of the displayed records to edit, you run into the messages as described.

The query in question is:
select * from <TABLE_NAME>
where department_id = NVL(:<PARAM_NAME>,department_id)
