Symptoms
When committing to IPM 11g using the IPM 11g Commit Driver through WebCenter Capture Commit Server, multiple javaw.exe instances are spawned and consumes the entire CPU. The Commit Server on this machine will slow and sometimes the completely stops. There are no errors that are apparent in the log files.
