Fusion Middleware Control Hangs After Entering Username And Password

Symptoms

In Application Server 11.1.1.5.0, while accessing Fusion Middleware control the screen just hangs after entering username and password.
In the weblogic console(/console) is accessible and em is active.

Admin Server log file shows this:
