ISW 6.0 Installation Fails if Sun Instant Messaging Already Installed. (Doc ID 1400502.1)

Symptoms

During ISW core installation,  Installer return this error:

 

"Installer cannot upload some entries in the template files. Check the installer's log file for further details."



-After check in /var/sadm/install/logs/ the installation log file, we can see the following towards the end of log file:


LDAP Error: cn=AccountLockoutParam,ou=Templates,ou=GlobalConfig,ou=1.1,ou=IdentitySynchronization,ou=Services,o=LS: Object class violation
Expected to find 61 LDAP entries after uploading, but instead found 60
