Symptoms

BPEL process invoking DBAdapter is configured with Pure SQL option. The DBAdapter works correclty after deployment but the composite fails after a server restart with the following error..

Could not invoke operation 'readSQL' against the 'Database Adapter' due to: [[
BINDING.JCA-11633
Pure SQL Exception.
Pure SQL Execute of SELECT D.DOCUMENT_ID..... failed.
Caused by java.sql.SQLException: Missing IN or OUT parameter at index:: 1.

After applying patches for <Bug:11924578>, <Bug:13360039> and <Bug:12573835>, the exception changes to
