"Content Item is Missing" Error When Adding Items to Empty Slots in Content Folios (Doc ID 1400965.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to add items to a Content Folio, the added items will come back with error:

No other errors are seen in the system.

Steps to replicate:

1. Create a new folio
2. Add to slots to the folio
3. Save the changes to the folio
4. Exit the folio
5. Edit the folio
6. In the "Source Items" portion, do a search and bring back any item
7. Right click on the empty slot and select "Insert Select Source Item";. When inserted, the above mentioned error occurs.
