Symptoms

When attempting to access the Oracle Calendar Web client the following error occurs:

ERROR

service currently unavailable -- cannot connect to server. Please try again later.


Also, provisioning of users is failing.
The following error message is seen in the $ORACLE_HOME/ocal/log/eng.log:
